1. Wholesale Eligibility & Application
To qualify for our wholesale program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a registered business (distributor, retailer, or industrial buyer) with a valid business license or tax ID.
- Demonstrate a consistent order volume (minimum initial order of $2,000 for diamond tools; custom tool orders may have adjusted minimums).
- Maintain a focus on relevant industries (construction, stone processing, woodworking, or related fields).
Application Process:
- Complete the Wholesale Application Form (available on our website or by requesting from our sales team).
- Submit supporting documents: business license, tax ID, and a brief overview of your sales channels (e.g., physical store, online platform, B2B supply).
- Our team will review your application within 3-5 business days and notify you of approval.
- Once approved, you’ll receive access to wholesale pricing, dedicated account support, and order management tools.
2. Wholesale Pricing & Discounts
We offer tiered wholesale pricing based on order volume and partnership duration, ensuring competitive margins for your business:
- Tier 1 (Initial Partnership): 15-25% discount off retail prices for orders between \(2,000-\)5,000.
- Tier 2 (Established Clients): 25-35% discount off retail prices for monthly recurring orders over $5,000.

3. Order Terms & Minimums
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Standard diamond tools (e.g., hot sintered drill bits, grinding tools) have an MOQ of 10 units per SKU. For custom tools, MOQ is determined by production feasibility (typically 20+ units).
- Order Lead Time: Standard wholesale orders are processed within 3-5 business days; custom orders require 7-10 business days (depending on complexity).
- Payment Terms:
- New wholesale clients: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment.

4. Shipping & Logistics for Wholesale Orders
